To taste Swahili food is to bite into East Coast of Africa history! Indian, Middle Eastern and local African cooking techniques are all fused together to form the base of Swahili food.
We invite you to join us for an exciting Swahili experience with mouth watering delicacies.

Our participants will start with a visit to the Malindi old market to purchase the ingredients. They will then proceed to our special African Kitchen situated on the beach where our African chef will be waiting for them.

Dishes will include:

1. Spicy vegetable and meat Samosa
2. Grilled spicy octopus served with cassava in coconut sauce and mchicha ( African spinach)
3. Caramelized peanuts
